These terms apply to digital products sold under the Dinosaur AI brand by The IT Partner NZ Ltd, Auckland, New Zealand. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Products are digital PDF guides and related digital resources. Product descriptions, inclusions and the total price are shown before purchase. Prices are stated in US dollars unless clearly indicated otherwise. Purchases are one-time payments unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
ORDER AND DELIVERY
An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed. We will provide access on the confirmation page and/or by email to the address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for entering a working email address and checking spam or junk folders. Contact [email protected] if access does not arrive.
LICENCE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product. You may download and print a copy for your own use. You must not resell, share, upload, distribute, reproduce commercially, or claim the content as your own without written permission. All intellectual property remains with The IT Partner NZ Ltd or its licensors.
AI AND EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER
Our products provide general educational information and practical examples. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. AI tools can produce incomplete or incorrect results. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information, and deciding whether any result is suitable for your circumstances. Third-party AI services have their own terms, features and prices, which may change.
REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law. If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, or is not supplied, contact [email protected] with your order details so we can assess and provide an appropriate remedy. Change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered after digital access has been supplied, except where required by law.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. We do not store complete card details. Your bank or card issuer may apply exchange-rate or international transaction charges.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the products or third-party AI tools. Our liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
